Court Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Padel+Pickle, we understand that our members may have something come up at the last minute in which they cannot make their scheduled court time. Members may cancel their reservation on the Court Reserve app or by calling the front desk at 314-887-4283. They may also email info@padelandpickleclub.com to cancel their court if they cannot do so promptly. Members will be refunded the court credit amount if the cancellation notice is more than 24 hours from your scheduled reservation date and time. Members will not be provided any amount of court credit for a reservation if they fail to attend or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance. It is the sole responsibility of the member to find a substitute or cancel their reservation as a whole with their group in order to receive the court credit paid.

Convenience Fee

Many of you have wondered what the 3% fee is on your bill or transactions throughout the club. A convenience fee is a fee charged by a business for payments made via credit card. This fee covers the charge that Padel+Pickle must pay to its credit card processing companies. In order to avoid this fee, members are able to use an e-check by putting in their bank information for ACH and direct deposit payments.

This is the only way to avoid the fee, and we highly encourage all members to take advantage of this option.

Lost & Found

Since Padel+Pickle opened its doors, there have been many lost items found in the facility. Our wonderful staff collects these items at the end of the day and stores them in the Lost & Found located behind the front desk. The items continue to pile up! In an effort to keep our facility clean, the lost and found will be donated at the end of each month. If you believe you have left an item in the facility, please stop by the front desk to collect as we will begin to deplete the items this month.

Non-member Guest Policy

The Padel+Pickle Club is a member-centric club dedicated to providing the highest quality experience for all members. With that said, non-member guests are allowed to come in and utilize the facility to understand what the club has to offer. From our championship-style courts to the individual locker rooms with towel service, to the 75" screen TVs around our beautiful bar, there is much to enjoy by being a member of our club!
 

If you are not a member, you must register on our website as a non-member guest to create your profile. Once you have done that, you are welcome to make reservations within our club. Non-member guests are restricted to 3-day advanced bookings on Court Reserve. As a member, you are granted a 7-day advanced booking.
 

Non-member guests are restricted to 4 visits in a calendar year before their account will be suspended.


Non-member guests will pay a $10 fee on top of their court fee to gain access to the club.
 

The Padel+Pickle Club is currently running a promotion where if a non-member guest converts to a full-time member, they will be reimbursed any guest fee they incurred.
